You can readily obtain information about our services through our 24-hour Customer Hotline: 2414 5555 which is handled by the "1823" of the Government. You can choose to use Cantonese, Putonghua or English to make your enquiries or complaints. If the line is busy, you may leave your message with the phone recorders and agents of "1823" will call back as soon as possible. You may also dial 1823 direct to obtain information about the services provided by the Department.
